This 'green' conscious project has a rusted metal barrel-vaulted roof inspired by the local 'Mining Museum'. The lower commercial floor accommodates artisans and has glass garage doors that open to encourage interaction with the pedestrians. The rear of the space contains entry, work surfaces and views of a private garden. The two-story residence above is accessed via a trellised walkway. The second story includes dining, kitchen, living and a deck with an indoor-outdoor fireplace. A half-level up contains two bedrooms, a bath and a large flex space. The third story boasts a large master suite, office tower nook and expansive southern deck with hot tub.
