This company, makers of data storage devices suitable for extreme conditions, had outgrown their rental space after numerous expansions into neighboring suites. They purchased a much larger building that had been used as an agricultural R&D facility. The substantial remodel that ensued provided them with main floor offices and conference space, an electro-statically controlled production floor and support space for testing equipment, and a full blown machine shop. The upper floor was expanded and converted into offices and engineering areas, with supplemental storage space. Mechanical systems were completely replaced and lighting was substantially upgraded from the previous condition.
