Nokis will have seating for 250 diners in a modern, Asian-inspired interior. Design materials include steel, concrete and stacked brick with shaped wood beams and warm tongue and groove ceilings. The main dining area is flanked by the atmospheric susji bar on one side and the creatively illuminated liquor bar on the other. A rotunda anchors the corner of the restaurant and connects via an indoor/outdoor fireplace to the patio. The coverd patio also has an indoor/outdoor bar and is slated to host Longmont's best happy hour.
