Oliv You & Me is a specialty olive oil and gourmet foods mercantile situated in an historic downtown Boulder building replete with brick walls, pressed tin ceilings, and wood floors. Inside this wonderful shell, a dramatic curving wall accented with steel tube display units forms the elegant backdrop to the retail floor. The steel tubes simultaneously display merchandise as well as provide a clever way for an employee in the storage area to maintain visual contact with customers. Furthermore, the multi-functional counter area allows the store employees to serve coffee, pastries, wrap packages, tally orders, and most importantly, taste the oils.
