The clients took advantage of an extra deep lot to create a 3-unit townhome project in the rapidly redeveloping Highland neighborhood of Denver. The identity of the project relies heavily on an animated front elevation and brings a new sense of vitality to a street previously home to uninspired one story structures. The townhomes separate vehicle and pedestrian traffic by loading each function on opposing sides of the site - a garden entry on the east for pedestrians and a 2-car garage to the west for automobiles.
