This urban infill project takes advantage of downtown views to Denver via an expansive roof deck. The residence is built on a 25' wide lot and becomes an urban corner reminiscent of the early corner store across the street. The project was conceptualized as a holistic minimalist box with moments of push and pull by other forms.
